👚 What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement—like cotton t-shirts, pajamas, leggings, sweatpants. Shorts to mid-thigh and a tank top is a minimum amount of clothing required for the event. You can change when you arrive
Shoes will be left by the door when you enter
🧸 What to Bring
Bring a water bottle
Bring socks if you’d like your feet to stay cozy (shoes will be off)
Bring a pillow or blanket if you'd like to be extra cozy
Guidelines
Please arrive sober so that you can give consent
Personal hygiene is important--be squeaky clean and minty fresh (it makes closeness easier for everyone)
No perfumes, cologne, essential oils, or scented products
No cigarette smoke prior to arriving
Please stay at home if you're feeling sick, unwell, 'off' or think you’ve been exposed to COVID, RSV, FLU. A 100% refund or future credit will be given.

🚗 Parking
Parking is available directly behind the building at 2412 Workman Street for 25¢ per 30-minutes (daily till 9pm). There's also ample metered parking in the neighborhood, free after 6pm or 8pm, and free on Sundays
🎟 Registration Policy
Spots are limited and held with care for each participant. Because of this, tickets are non-refundable and can’t be applied to future events.
If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home--or if something unexpected comes up and you’re able to let us know in advance, we’re happy to offer a credit or refund. This helps keep the space safe and supported for everyone.
For missed events without prior notice, we’re not able to offer transfers or credits. You’re always welcome to gift your spot to a friend if you can’t make it.
♿️ Accessibility
The space is located on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs directly up the entrance. Elevator access is available--if you need it, please email stella@thestellarlife.com for the code.
The elevator is spacious enough for any mobility device and the 2nd floor is free of steps or mobility barriers. There are no automated doors in the building.
There are two all-gender restrooms with three private stalls and a urinal. Each restroom has one stall accessible for mobility device users.
