You'll learn powerful techniques for tapping into your subconscious and intuition to gain clarity around challenges and obstacles and get real answers to real questions.
Part I: Meditation / Tuning In
You’ll gain and discover:
who your Spirit animal/guides are and how to tap into Source to accomplish your goals with more ease and joy
insights, answers, imagery, symbols to get that project done, that idea going, or where your next opportunities will be
answers to your questions about love, money, success, and happiness through practical rituals and meditative exercises
self-confidence in your ability to achieve what you most desire through the evidence of positive changes showing up in your life
how to be in the flow of life while remaining grounded and inspiring those around you as they are awe struck by your sense of peace
(meditation tools/modalities: breathing techniques, traditional yogic pranayama, guided imagery, Shamanic journeying, Chakras, mantras,and musical sounds)
Part II: Tea + Nibbles
As you allow all that you’ve downloaded and received, we will slowly bring our awareness and senses back into this reality with some soothing tea and homemade treats
*Bring: cushion, blanket, notebook, and any other meditative accessories/tools you may usually use (i.e. eye mask, crystals, amulet)
