grief as medicine

Grief is a portal. While it expands us, it also amplifies the depths of sorrow and joy, stretching us open and shaping us into fuller, more authentic versions of ourselves.
When we honor it and slow down to listen, it can lead us into greater presence and compassion.
On the Summer Solstice, we gather at the threshold where light meets shadow - to connect with the wisdom grief carries in our bodies and spirits.

✨ WHO THIS IS FOR

This sacred gathering is for anyone carrying grief - recent or ancient, named or unnamed, and seeking a safe place to feel, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
No experience is necessary.

💛WHAT TO EXPECT

We’ll begin outside in the backyard, surrounded by nature, with grounding movement and a gentle opening ritual. From there, we’ll drop into a guided shamanic journey supported by drumming and intention.

Afterward, we’ll move inside (if needed) to journal, integrate, and share in small groups of 3—offering space to reflect and be witnessed in community.
