Practice is a 2-hour relational practice lab for noticing what actually happens to us in relationship…especially when things get messy, activating, confusing, or uncomfortable.
Most of us already know a lot about how we want to respond. We want to communicate clearly, hold boundaries, stay open, and not abandon ourselves just to keep the peace.
But in real moments, our familiar reflexes can take over. We accommodate, withdraw, defend, overgive, over-explain, or only realize what we wanted after the moment has passed.
Through guided relational exercises, somatic exploration, reflection, and real-time interaction, you'll practice slowing those moments down enough to notice your automatic responses, recognize that you have choices, and experiment with responses that feel more aligned with what you actually want and value.
The goal isn't the "right" response. It's a more chosen one.
Over time, staying true to yourself becomes something you do…not just something you know.
Come solo or with a partner. Practice is relevant to dating, friendship, partnership, family, community, and conflict—anywhere another human can bring your patterns to the surface.
