Misfits in Touch is a consent-forward workshop for people craving real, nourishing connection - without pressure, performance, or sexual expectation.
Through simple, embodied exercises blending gentle structure, playful movement, and moments of stillness, we practice boundaries, communication, and what it actually feels like to slow down and listen to the body. Everything is optional, and your “no” is always welcome.
Rather than teaching ideas about connection, Misfits in Touch offers lived experience. It’s a living lab where you get to discover what feels true and aligned in your body and carry that knowing into all areas of your life.
In this space, you’ll get to:
practice embodying boundaries through choice + consent
experience co-regulation and nervous system settling in community
build relational skills that support honesty, trust, and intimacy across romantic, platonic, and communal relationships
Misfits in Touch draws from the structure of a cuddle class, with guided connection exercises, clear consent agreements, and a cozy, padded space to explore optional, platonic touch at your own pace.
