Saturday: Misfits in Touch Immersion🌗

A Slower, more spacious evening of relational practice

Immersion is a 5-hour gathering designed to deepen what you've already begun practicing at Misfits in Touch. It assumes a shared foundation in consent, communication, and self-responsibility…allowing us to spend less time teaching the basics and more time inhabiting them together.

Unlike our regular MiT gatherings, you're welcome to arrive quietly if you're running late. Just send me a quick text beforehand. For the safety of the building, the doors will be locked ~90-minutes after the start time.

⚠️ Because we move more quickly into depth, Immersion is not beginner-friendly. This gathering is for you if you:

  • have attended at least one Misfits in Touch workshop

  • feel comfortable with consent-based spaces and basic touch etiquette

  • are willing to take responsibility for your boundaries and pacing

  • are curious to deepen your relational awareness in real time

Participants should also be able to:

  • ask for, receive, and respect boundaries

  • self-regulate and take breaks when needed

  • navigate connection without relying on facilitator intervention

What to expect

  • a warm, consent-forward environment

  • guided exercises to deepen attunement and communication

  • extended open practice time to integrate, connect, and explore

  • a playful mid-session “disruptor” ritual to reset and re-enter with awareness

  • a cozy space with light snacks, conversation, and room to rest, connect, or simply be

This space continues to center the comfort and safety of women, queer, and gender-diverse participants.

Reach out if cost is the only barrier and we'll see what's possible.
