what this is…

What does intimacy truly mean to you—beyond the scripts you’ve been handed? Join us for an experiential deep dive into self-trust and relational integrity. Through guided exercises—such as journal prompts, mind-mapping, movement-based explorations of trust and boundaries, and other interactive practices—you’ll tune into your body’s wisdom and navigate connection with confidence and ease. Each workshop incorporates different modalities to help you break free from societal conditioning and discover what intimacy feels like for you.

WHAT WE’LL BE DOING Through guided self-awareness exercises & discussions in solo, partner &  small group cohorts, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your own needs around connection through guided prompts as well as movement-based exercises, so that you can:
💡 Tune into your body’s innate wisdom
🛑 Communicate boundaries with clarity and confidence
🤝 Explore connection through trust, balance, and nonverbal communication

HOW YOU’LL BENEFIT FROM THIS PRACTICE

  • More fulfilling relationships where you’ll feel safe to be yourself.

  • Greater ease in saying no, knowing it won’t break a relationship.

  • A sense of empowerment in all interactions—romantic, platonic, professional.

This is for you if you’re ready to:
✅ Build relationships rooted in trust, respect, and genuine choice
✅ Move beyond people-pleasing into empowered, embodied decision-making
✅ Experience how boundaries and consent can unlock freedom—not restriction

This workshop welcomes people of all genders, identities, and relationship styles, including LGBTQ+ and queer communities. Whether you're single, partnered, polyam, or exploring new ways of connecting, you’ll find a supportive space to redefine intimacy on your own terms.
