Why Practice?
Many of us already know a lot about ourselves. We know our patterns. We know our values. We may even know what we wish we'd done differently.
And then we're actually with another person.
We accommodate. We brace. We overgive. We withdraw. We lose our words. We say yes before we've checked for our no. We only realize what we wanted after the moment has passed.
Knowing something intellectually and being able to live it in relationship are different things.
Practice allows us to bridge that gap.
Through simple relational experiments, we slow things down enough to notice our familiar responses while they're happening—and discover that we have choices.
What happens if I don't automatically do what I usually do?
What happens in me? What happens in you? What happens between us?
Over time, we build a felt sense of how we actually want to be in relationship—not as an idea, but as something we've practiced. Whether you're dating, in a relationship, navigating family, friendships, or work, you'll begin to recognize what genuine connection feels like for you…and notice more quickly when something isn't aligned.
What This Is
You’ll be guided through simple, structured rounds of connection, with space to notice, reflect, and integrate what’s actually happening for you.
After each round, we pause to notice what happened - in ourselves, in the other person, and between us --so the learning actually lands instead of passing through. Everything is guided. You won’t be left wondering what to do. This is:
small group
structured
embodied
community-oriented
a space to return regularly and build relational capacity over time
